Raymond C. Leake

Mr. Leake has been practicing law since 1975 and in the State of Colorado since 1984.  Mr. Leake's background includes time as a prosecutor with a State's Attorneys Office in Illinois followed by an association with a prominent Chicago, Illinois firm specializing in the defense of fidelity and surety claims. Thereafter, he formed his own firm in Chicago, Illinois, providing insurance-related services for clients, with an emphasis on the investigation and prosecution of fidelity bond claims and related coverage issues. During that time Mr. Leake developed a national clientele in fidelity bond work, and continues to maintain that practice.

Mr. Leake graduated from the John Marshall Law School in 1975 and Southern Illinois University in 1966.  Mr. Leake is admitted to the State Bars of Colorado and Illinois, as well as the United States Courts of Appeal for the 7th, 9th and 10th Circuits, and the Federal District Courts in Colorado and Illinois.
